Personal Resources Questionnaire The Personal Resources Questionnaire (PRQ) is a computer-based questionnaire which focuses on how comfortable a candidate feels about things that are likely to occur in the context of their current or prospective job.
It is made up of brief statements of things they may have to do, or that they may be asked to do related to work. In different ways and to different degrees this questionnaire challenges, place demands on and engages candidates's skills, interests, preferences and so forth.
