About PRD Assessment Techniques

We have an extensive history of work in the development of assessment techniques. As might be expected from our name, we have been responsible for developing some of the most widely used (and widely imitated) psychometric tests, such as the GMA and MOST series.

Some years ago we started developing a new style of test, structured learning exercises, and after a number of bespoke developments we launched the ABLE series (Aptitude for Business Learning Exercises) through Oxford Psychologists Press in 1996. We also have unique expertise in computer-based customer service agent assessment techniques, including simulated call-centre designs. A number of other computer-based assessment techniques are in the planning phase.
